Founded in 2009 by Odette Barnes, we pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service and as we’ve grown the business, we’ve garnered a reputation for dealing fairly and transparently with clients and their trusted partners.

Odette is a critical friend with over 20 years’ experience supporting businesses through the challenges and transitions they face daily with a dedicated focus on People, Process, Planet and Profit, supporting individual and organisational growth.
Odette's specialism is in creating steadfast routes to growth in both domestic and overseas territories with time served in both client and agency environments, having previously founded and led a successful recruitment consultancy. Often seen as a catalyst for change, Odette advises into boardroom environments who welcome the challenge to break through barriers.

Tilly brings a great deal of playfulness to the day, vital to counter the most demanding of times! As a rescue, Tilly is a firm believer in second chances. So if you feel luck hasn't been on your side, or that you have made mistakes, she is proof that perseverance does pay and that we can all learn to adapt to changing environments!
Tilly knows how to live in the moment and demonstrates how to overcome challenges and set sail on a new course. Adventure certainly is at the heart of this mischievous pup.
